Cycling: Lennard Kamna wins Criterium stage four; Roglic retains overall lead

Despite crashing 82 kilometres into Saturday's run from Ugine to Megeve, Primoz Roglic picked himself up and held on to his yellow jersey at the end of stage four of the Criterium du Dauphine. Thibaut Pinot of Groupama trails by 14 seconds with Guillaume Martin third overall. The big news of the day came before the start of the action, with reigning Tour de France champion Egan Bernal withdrawing with what Ineos teammate Geraint Thomas described as a "bad back." German rider Lennard Kamna took the stage victory in a time of four hours 27 minutes and 56 seconds. The Bora-Hansgrohe rider dominated his breakaway companions during the final climb in Megeve to claim his first professional win ahead of David de la Cruz and Julian Alaphilippe.
