Badminton, or Football, are Indian Coaches behind the exit of Foreign Coaches, from India?

With 27 foreign coaches being appointed to train our athletes for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, only 18 are left behind. There have been unceremonious exits of foreign coaches, for reasons not clearly known. Is it a performance issue, are they being fired because they have not been able to get India to win a medal...or are there other reasons buried under the carpet. Two Badminton coaches lied about having family and personal issues to leave India, only to join other countries as National Coaches. Is there a sabotage angle to this mystery?
