Snooker: Trump and Bingham reach quarter-finals at World Snooker Championship

World No. 1 Judd Trump and former world champion Suart Bingham reached the quarter-finals at the World Snooker Championship on Monday. Trump was denied a win in Frame 20 by David Gilbert who saw it out with a break of 57 but the 2019 champion finished frame 21 with a break of 53 to win 13-8. He will meet Shaun Murphy or Yan Bingtao next. Bingham had it slightly easier against his opponent Jamie Jones and closed out frame 19 with a break of 102 to win the game 13-6. The 44-year-old will meet Anthony McGill in the quarter-finals.
