Snooker: Former champion Robertson leads Wilson 5-3 in quarter-finals

Neil Robertson led Kyren Wilson 5-3 at the end of the opening session of their World Snooker Championship quarter-final on Tuesday. Robertson, the 2010 world champion, moved ahead 2-1 after Wilson squandered a chance to win the third frame when he missed the black. Australian Robertson racked up his second century of the session in the fourth frame before moving into a 4-1 lead over last year's runner-up. Wilson won two of the remaining three frames though, bringing the deficit back to two frames. Stuart Bingham, who was crowned world champion 2015, built two century breaks in his meeting with Anthony McGill, but their quarter-final was finely balanced at 4-4 by the end of the opening session.
