Nigeria drew 1-1 with China at the Clos Gastel Stadium on Dinan-Lehon, to progress to the quarter-final of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. In the final Group D fixture, Nigeria only needed to draw in order to progress, while China needed to beat Nigeria to qualify for the last eight.
