Reaction from Rafael Nadal after the second seed saved two match points against Denis Shapovalov in a gruelling contest which sends him into the fourth round of the Italian Open. The Spaniard recovered from being a set and 0-3 down to the thirteenth seed, battling to reach his 97th quarter-final at the Masters level after nearly three and a half hours on the clay on Thursday. Nadal, who is targetting a record-extending 10th title in Rome, said "long matches, being able to win these kind of matches against young players gives me confidence with my body."
