Top seed Simona Halep of Romania struggled in the first set but made a comeback against Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan to lift the Dubai Tennis Championships trophy. World number two Simona Halep lost the first set but fought back against Elena Rybakina to win the Dubai Championship trophy in three sets. Halep dug deep to battle past Rybakina 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 in the Dubai Championship final. Halep converted the only match point in Dubai to take her 20th career title.
