Golf: Bradley Dredge holds a one shot lead after the first round of the Open de France

Bradley Dredge carded a four-under-par opening round of 67 to lead the Open de France by one stroke. Dredge - whose round included five birdies and a bogey - was followed by Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell and England's Andy Sullivan, who were three-under for the day.
