Football: Spain appoint Luis Enrique as head coach

Luis Enrique has been appointed as Spain's new head coach. The former Barcelona boss replaces Julen Lopetegui, who was sacked before the World Cup. Fernando Hierro had temporarily taken on the role for the duration of the tournament. But he stepped aside after Spain were knocked out by Russia in the last 16.
