Malaysia faced visitors Vietnam in the first leg of AFF Cup final at home. The hosts fought from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Vietnam. The visitors struck twice in three minutes midway through the first half, but Malaysia levelled in spectacular fashion on the hour mark through Safawi Rasid.
