Basketball: Barcelona fight back to beat Olimpia Milan 90-85 in round 17 of the Euroleague

In-form Barcelona picked up their fourth consecutive Euroleague victory with a hard-fought 90-85 win at Olimpia Milan. The Italian side matched the visitors during the opening two quarters and led by a single point at half-time - thanks largely to the points-scoring efforts of Mike James, who enjoyed a joint team-high 20 alongside Vladimir Micov. But Barcelona stepped up several gears in the third quarter - Thomas Heurtel, with a game-high 21, and Adam Hanga, with 15, saw them move eight points clear ahead of the final period. Despite some late Milan resistance, a couple of free throws from Kevin Seraphin - who weighed in with 16 on the night - sealed a five-point victory. Barcelona improve to a 10-7 win-loss record in sixth place, while Olimpia Milan lie seventh with a 8-9 record for the season.
