Two boxing federations fighting...Where does the responsibility lie?

With the model code of conduct in place, all Political parties & Politicians are in total compliance of the same, but when it comes to the Sports Code, the same Politicians have a different story! Federations such as Archery & Gymnastics have been riddled with Politics. Boxing is another sport which has given us 2 Olympic Medals , one in 2008 and the other in 2012, and then reached its lowest form in 2016 Olympics, with Political turmoil. Does the Political turmoil still continue. Does the fight between the IABF & BFI, continue to exist? Who is playing Politics here.
