Former tennis player Zina Garrison defended Serena Williams in three code violations controversy. Serena was fined 17,000 US Dollar at the US Open final in New York. Williams was penalised a game for calling the chair umpire a thief. Williams clashed with chair umpire Carlos Ramos to have an apology. Some of the chair umpire's calls were unfair, said Zina Garrison in support of Williams.
