Tennis: Pliskova beats Tomljanovic in straight sets to reach Zhengzhou Open final

Karolina Pliskova reached her fifth final of the season at the Zhengzhou Open with a straight-sets win over Ajla Tomljanovic. The top seed put in a clinical performance, winning 6-3, 6-2 in one hour and eight minutes against the Australian. The Czech reached her 27th career final, and third in China, where she was previously runner-up at the 2015 Zhuhai Elite Trophy and Tianjin last year.
