Tennis: Novak Djokovic cruises into the final of the ATP Finals

World number one Djokovic, who has been in imperious form all week, secured a routine victory over Kevin Anderson to reach the final of the ATP Finals in London. Djokovic set the tone by breaking the big-serving South African in the opening game on his way to a 6-2 6-2 win. He won 20 out of 27 points on Anderson's second serve as he broke the South African twice in each set on his way to a one-sided victory. He took 40 minutes to wrap up the first set as Anderson produced 17 unforced errors. The second set was a little quicker - 37 minutes, but Djokovic had 14 winners as opposed to just two from Anderson. Having ended a two-year Grand Slam title drought by defeating Anderson in the Wimbledon final, Djokovic went on to win his 14th major title at the US Open and has already sealed the year-end number one ranking. The Serb will take on Alexander Zverev for the title after the German defeated Roger Federer in the earlier semi-final.
