Tennis News : Stephens beats Bouzkova in Guadalajara to win first WTA singles title since 2018

Former US Open champion Sloane Stephens won her first WTA singles title since 2018 at the Abierto Akron Zapopan on Sunday.

The American fought back from 1-4 down in the first set to beat Czech Republic's Marie Bouzkova 7-5, 1-6, 6-2 in Guadalajara, Mexico.

This is Stephens seventh WTA career title.
