Tennis: Kvitova beats Yastremska to reach Wuhan Open semis

The fifth seed Petra Kvitova of Czech Republic defeated Dayana Yastremska of Ukraine in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 in the quarter-finals of the Wuhan Open on Thursday. Kvitova, two-times former champion, finished the match in one hour and 13 minutes. Now she faces tenth seed Sloane Stephens of the USA in the semi-finals.
