Tennis: ITF votes on radical changes to Davis Cup format

The Davis Cup will be held under a new format beginning in 2019 following a vote. The competition will become an 18-team event played over one week at the end of the season. The changes are part of a 25-year $3billion partnership between the ITF and Kosmos. Investment group Kosmos is helmed by Barcelona defender Gerard Pique.
