Two-time Fed Cup champions France will face Australia in the 2019 final after they came from behind to beat Romania 3-2 in Rouen. Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic beat Simona Halep and Monica Niculescu in the doubles tie 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 after an enthralling decider. Halep had earlier fought back from one set down to beat Garcia 6-7(6), 6-3, 6-4 in the first of the day's rubbers.
