Lindsey Vonn is the most successful female ski racer of all time but says she spent her career ignoring her mental health, a bill that came due following her retirement.

Vonn tells the story of her mental health struggles in her new memoir "Rise: My Story" which has been published ahead of Beijing 2022 - the first Winter Olympics to be held since she hung up her skis.
