Motor Sport: Rally driver and snowboarder take on Lapland snow circuit

Rally driver Kalle Rovanpera and snowboarder Eero Ettala, both from Finland, took on a Lapland snow circuit together. WRC-2 Pro driver Rovanpera and X Games gold medal snowboarder Ettala are no strangers to travelling fast on snow and ice. But in an added twist, snowboarder Ettala raised the speed stakes by travelling while hanging onto the rally car at the Juha Kankkunen Driving Academy in Finland. With the rally car being able to hit speeds of 80 kilometres per hour (50mph), it gave Ettala chance to pull of big jumps by harnessing that speed. Rovanpera also had the chance to show off his skills, flying around the circuit and making jumps of his own in the Skoda rally car.
