Motor Sport: Martin Truex Jr. wins NASCAR's weather-delayed Gander RV 400

Martin Truex Jr. won the rain-delayed Gander RV 400 on Monday (6 May), pulling away from the field down the stretch to reach victory lane for the second time in three races. Truex, who began in the back of the field because of inspection issues, gave Joe Gibbs Racing their seventh chequered flag in 11 races this season. Alex Bowman finished 9.5 seconds back for his second straight second-place finish. Kyle Larson, Kevin Harvick and Chase Elliott, last week's winner at Talladega, rounded out the top five.
