In a match that saw all three goal scored in the first half, Pedro Henrique put the hosts ahead 1-0 after thirteen minutes, but Melaka responded with an equaliser from Luka Milunovic in the 37th. Jang Suk-won then scored what proved to be the winner just before the break to give Melaka a 2-1 victory. Melaka move into fourth on 29 points, one clear of fifth place Selangor, which play Felda United.
