Football: Koeman has 'no doubts' about Messi amid goal drought

The Barca head coach Ronald Koeman is confident that Messi is fully focused and sees encouragement in his performances. Koeman: “Well, maybe [Lionel Messi’s] output could be better, but I am seeing him day by day and I believe he is happy and he is training well. He is focused, he wants to play and he wants to be the captain of the team, so I don’t have any complaints in that sense. He has also been unlucky. The time he hit the post [vs Getafe] was a great play and normally it’s a goal. And the last play of the game was complicated. So, I don’t have any doubts about his performance. And we will see what he does in the next games because I have confidence in him."
