Football: Ancelotti targets European football after victory over Spurs

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti praised his team after they started their English Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday. The Italian coach has been backed in the summer and all three of his signings - Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure and James Rodriguez - impressed in a win that could have been far more handsome. And Ancelotti reiterated that he is confident his side can challenge for a European spot this season.
