Cycling News : Home riders dominate 2021 Swiss mountain bike Epic

Home mountain bike cyclists dominated the 2021 Swiss Epic which ended with the fifth and final stage in Davos on Saturday. Switzerland's Lukas Fluckiger and Nicola Rohrbach took their first-ever win as a duo in the men's event, winning four of the five stages to beat Hans Becking of the Netherlands and Spain's Francesc Guerra Carretero into second place. There was an even easier win in the women's race for Swiss Ariane Lüthi and South African Robyn de Groot, who dominated all five stages with Adelheid Morath from Germany and Austrian partner Angelika Tazreiter finishing second.
