Cycling: Kevin Rivera wins Stage three of Tour of China

Kevin Rivera won stage three of Tour of China II in Ya'an, Western China on Saturday (21st September). Chinese rider Lyu Xianjing finished second on the day and became the new yellow jersey owner after the stage.
