LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Houston Rockets 119-96 in Game 5 of their semi-final series to reach the Western Conference Finals for the first time in a decade. James had 29 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists on the night, recording his 66th career postseason game with at least 25 points and 10 rebounds. Houston got off to a slow start before finding their rhythm, James Harden putting in a stellar performance with 30 points, six rebounds and five assists. But it wasn't enough to keep the Rockets' series alive as the Lakers dominated the second half. They await the winners of Denver Nuggets versus LA Clippers, who square off in Game 6 of their semi-final series on Sunday.
