Athletics : Ethiopian runners sweep Dubai Marathon men's and women's titles

Ethiopian runners dominated the Dubai Marathon with debutant Olika Adugna Bikila winning the men's title in 2:06:15 after a frantic sprint to the finish while compatriot Worknesh Degefa took the women's title in 2:19:37.
