Tennis News: Nadal and Djokovic set for 8th Rome meeting in finals

Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal is arguably one of the biggest rivalries not only in tennis but sport in general. The two best players in the world will lock horns tonight in the finals of the ATP Rome Masters. The duo has also played most number of times against each other in the open era--a whopping 53 times. Currently, the Serb leads the Spaniard 28-25 in their head to head meetings. The duo has also met 7 times in Rome. Both players are tied at 33 ATP Masters title and the winner today will go on to become a stand-alone with a record 34 ATP Masters 1000 titles. The Serbian has spent five hours and 34 minutes on court since Friday, compared to three hours and 22 minutes for Nadal.
