Golf News : Gaganjeet Bhullar misses Queen's Cup by a whisker

Indian golf star Gaganjeet Bhullar finished second at the Asian Tour's Queen's cup event in Thailand while it was local boy Jazz Janewattananond whose superb performance on the last day saw him triumph to win the Queen's cup. Gaganjeet and Jazz started the day at 15 under and both birded the 10th hole and from there on Jazz dominated as he birdied the next four holes while Gaganjeet could not find the same form and he also ended up bogeying the 15th hole. The Indian saved two good pars before a closing birdie and a card of 71 which gave him sole second as Jazz parred last four to finish at 19-under and four clear of Bhullar to win the title. Following his performance Gaganjeet said,"It wasn't easy out there. It was definitely one of the toughest days this week. I didn't get off to a good start. I made a few silly mistakes as well. But I finished strong, had two good par-saves on 16 and 17 and a good up and down for birdie on the last to finish sole second."
