Football News : Sourav Ganguly eligible to become director of ATK-Mohun Bagan

Former India captain and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly is eligible to become one of the directors of the merged Indian Super League franchise ATK-Mohun Bagan ahead of the upcoming season by virtue of him being one of the team co-owners. There have been reports in the media that Ganguly has been named as one of the directors of the merged franchise, but as per a senior official it is not a new development. The board led by chairman Sanjiv Goneka will meet on July 10 via video conference and among other discussions, the club's name, jersey and logo is expected to be on the agenda too.
