Cycling: BMC Racing Team win team time trial in stage three of Tour de France

BMC Racing Team have won stage three of the Tour de France - a 35.5 kilometre team time trial in Cholet, as they finished just four seconds ahead of Chris Froome's Team Sky, with Belgian Greg Van Avermaet now the yellow jersey holder.
