Cricket News: ICC clears Liam Plunkett of ball tampering

The International Cricket Council has cleared Liam Plunkett of any wrongdoing during the second ODI between England and Pakistan. A video clip of Plunkett cleaning the ball with his fingernails had surfaced on social media and in the video the bowler was seen in the act. As soon as the video which was circulated it led to a debate on on the social media, with some the 34-year-old had been involved in an act of foul play.
