Cricket News: CAC requests CoA to be involved in Support Staff appointment

The three-member Cricket Advisory Committee comprising Kapil Dev, Anshuman Gaekwad and Shantha Rangaswamy, that reappointed Ravi Shastri as India head coach, has asked the Committee of Administrators (CoA) to include the CAC in the process of appointment of the Indian team's support staff. Kapil Dev, head of the Cricket Advisory Committee has insisted that his three-member panel be involved in the selection of the support staff as well. Dev revealed that BCCI CEO Rahul Johri was apprised of the CAC's request to be involved in the process to appoint Shastri's assistants - batting, bowling and fielding coaches.
