Badminton News: Will Gopichand take onus for Indian shuttlers’ current poor form?

Chief national badminton coach Pullella Gopichand has said that after the Tokyo Olympics will be over, he will start spending more time mentoring coaches. Gopichand has, in fact, said that he has been working with other coaches to create a team around each player to ensure that Indian badminton delivers its promise of becoming a superpower in the sport. The bigger question is, how will it happen? If a person like Pullella Gopichand is planning something for the Indian badminton on a longer run then he should also keep a check on the fact that the current Indian shuttlers are dealing with extremely poor form and it’s been a while now. You name any tournament in the past 5-6 months and the top-notch shuttlers in the country have failed to deliver big time.
