Badminton News: Header: PV Sindhu enters final of BWF World Badminton Championship 2019

Rio Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu beats China’s Chen Yufei 21-7, 21-14 to reach the women singles final of BWF World Badminton Championship 2019 in Basel in Switzerland. The Indian shuttler dominated the match right from the word go. Chen Yu Fei showed glimpses of a fightback in the second game, as she initially maintained a neck-to-neck battle against the Indian. However, after the mid-game interval, the Chinese lost her way making errors one after the other, eventually losing the game and the match which lasted for 40 minutes. PV Sindhu will now face 2017 champion Nozomi Okuhara of Japan in the final.
