Is Saurav Ganguly in Conflict of Interest... Delhi Capitals vs KKR?

Saurav Ganguly was given permission by the BCCI to hold the position of advisor to Delhi Capitals along with being CAB head. Why is BCCI now asking him to clarify his position? While nobody seems to be questioning the integrity levels of Saurav Ganguly, is there a perception of a conflict of interest? The BCCI constitution seems to be dividing more than uniting. Will the BCCI now ask Ganguly to choose one of the two positions. The match between KKR & DC is on the 12th of April.
