Al Duhail moved to one point ahead of Al Sadd at the top of the Qatar Stars League table after a thrilling 4-2 win over Al Gharafa on Thursday.

Al Sadd have had their last three league games postponed due to a covid outbreak at the club and currently sit in second place overall on 31 points.
